General theory of relativity
General theory of relativity is also known as general relativity. General theory of relativity is the geometric theory of gravitation established in 1915 by world famous scientist Albert Einstein.
General theory of relativity is the generalized form of special theory of relativity and Newtons law of universal gravitation. It provides a description of gravity as a geometric property of space and time. Thus, General theory of relativity is considered as the description of gravity in modern physics.
General theory of relativity ignored straight line geodesics and prefer curvature geodesics. For that reason space and time is defined as space time curvature.
